What happens after I send in the order?
Normally, you will receive your registration information
within 72 hours after sending the online order form. If you do not
receive your registration information within 72 hours, or you have
lost the registration email, please contact us. We will be glad

Why can I not register successfully with
the registration code?
Please make sure there are no spaces or other invisible
charaters at the begining or end of your name and registration code
before clicking on OK button. Furthur more,you must have administrator
account of your computer because the registration process will write
system registry.

How to report bugs?
Please send us an email including: your order
reference ID or order email address and order date, program name
and version number, your hard disk and memory size, your operating
system and service pack type, your operations before the error happens,
the error message. We will check the problem and give you an answer
as soon as possible.
